MPI Farms is a family-owned business that is diverse and specializes in doing resource application. We are looking for diligent, self-driven individuals who want to grow and be successful with their manure knowledge. This position will require responsibilities around the Amboy area. The successful candidate for this position must be professional and courteous when in contact with customers.

Requirements

  • 0-2 Years of experience

  • Aptitude of tractors and machinery

  • Reliable means of transportation

  • Clean driving record

  • High School Education or equivalent 

Responsibilities

  • Spring manure application

  • Fall manure application
  • Apply liquid manure onto fields
    • ​Dragline
    • Tanking

  • Maintaining a day or night shift

  • Operate a variety of farm equipment

  • Light vehicle maintenance

  • Routine equipment checks 

Salary/Benefits

  • Base Salary: TBD

    • Driven by experience and skill set
